Who we are

Brandito is a trading name of VisionaryGrid Studio Limited, a company registered in Jersey, company number 165823, with its registered office at Strathmore, St Ouen, Jersey (“we”, “us”). When you create an account or buy a plan, your agreement is with us. You can reach us at hello@brandito.app.

What Brandito is

Brandito lets design studios build, host and share live brand guidelines (“brand hubs”) for their clients. You can build a hub by hand in our editor, or connect Brandito to an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT and have it fill the hub in from the files you provide.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Brandito, you agree to these terms. If you use Brandito on behalf of a studio or company, you confirm you're allowed to accept them for it. If you keep using Brandito after we update these terms, you accept the updated version.

Your account

You need to give accurate details when you sign up and keep your login secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account and in the workspaces you own, including the people you invite. Tell us straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

Plans and prices

• Free: one brand hub per workspace on a brandito.app address, with “Made with Brandito” in the hub footer.
• Pro: £29 a month or £290 a year per workspace. Unlimited brand hubs, custom domains, and the option to hide “Made with Brandito”.

Prices on our pricing page exclude VAT and other sales taxes, which are added at checkout where they apply. We may change prices or plan features. If a price change affects your subscription, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.

We sometimes give out access codes that unlock Pro for a set period without payment. When that period ends, the workspace returns to Free unless you subscribe.

Payment and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries about payments and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, using the payment method you gave Paddle, until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will retry it. We keep Pro switched on for a few days while that happens, then the workspace returns to Free.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Manage billing on your dashboard. Your workspace keeps Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then returns to Free. Nothing is deleted: your hubs stay online and stay editable. On Free you can't create more hubs or connect new custom domains, and the “Made with Brandito” link returns. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Your content

You own everything you put into Brandito: logos, fonts, images, colours, copy and any other brand material (“your content”). You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run Brandito for you, for example to host your hubs and show them to the people you share them with.

You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload, including your clients' brand material and any font licences needed to use fonts on the web. You're responsible for who you share hub links with and for the visibility settings you choose.

Acceptable use

Don't use Brandito to:

• upload or share content that's unlawful, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy
• impersonate another person or organisation, or build pages meant to trick people (for example phishing or fake login pages)
• upload malware or anything designed to harm devices or systems
• try to get around plan limits, access other people's data, or interfere with how Brandito works
• send spam or bulk unsolicited messages
• resell or rebrand Brandito itself without our written agreement

We can remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Our software and brand

Brandito, its software, design, characters and name belong to us. These terms don't give you any rights to them, other than to use Brandito as described here. If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them without owing you anything.

Availability

We work hard to keep Brandito fast and online, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever plan to close Brandito, we'll give you at least 60 days' notice so you can take your content elsewhere.

Suspension and closing accounts

You can stop using Brandito at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or our systems at risk, or is required by law. If we close a paid account for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we'll refund the unused part of your current period.

Liability

Brandito is a tool for presenting brand guidelines. You're responsible for checking the guidelines you publish, including colour values, contrast results and content an AI assistant has filled in.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or £100 if that's more.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you're a consumer, these terms don't affect your statutory rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects you, we'll email account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Jersey, and the courts of Jersey have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you may also have the right to bring proceedings where you live.
